I don't understand what's happening but it's cool, we're up above my averaged-down price. I am not trying to lose all my money but I don't want to drop a dollar to pick up a nickel. I ended up going with limit sale of 1/2 my shares at 2x my price (so right under $12). I figure that way I can get my original money back and ride the rest of the rocket to the moon, should that happen. I am not laddering lower numbers because I do think this will eventually be way beyond where I am but I'm stupid so there's that.

That first squeeze in Dec 21 was on 24m volume one day then 160m volume the next. That got us to $10.
The second in that following February hit $24 on ~26m daily volume. If today's volume holds steady to close we'd hit 52m. |

Im out! I did the same $7 dumped all those shares I had to average down from $19 and lower.
I made money. Also remember the free $100 from Fidelity to open an account? Put $50 in to open the account and hold it like 30 days they gave you $100. I bought MVIS with all that. Dumped that today too. Well I will wait for my wash sale crap 30 days? See where shes at then. |

Somebody burned over 3M shares to stop that run. Good fun though...damn I was up over $100K just today for a while there.
My exit is staggered, and the first step is many multiples about this so these preliminary battles are interesting. Makes me wonder if the shorts see the danger. The OEM decisions have to be getting close, and that run is going to be violent. ETA: Eight million shares routed off exchange today. Not exactly sure what that means, but I have a feeling I'm better off not knowing. |
