DPLS 8-K filed yesterday that I didn't see as I was actually working.
On June 25, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), DarkPulse, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), entered into a Letter of Intent (the “LOI”) with TerraData Unmanned, PLLC, a Florida limited liability company (“TerraData”) pursuant to which the Company agreed to pay the majority shareholder of TerraData $200,000 of restricted shares of Common Stock of the Company and $400,000 to be paid 12 weeks from closing in exchange for 60% ownership of TerraData. The LOI terminates 60 days from the Effective Date. I have some shares, and 2022 and 2023 calls for 2.5-4.5 strikes. I think PR will continue giving it a nice pop but I also believe institutions won’t buy in until the product generates sales. If you look up Microvision on google maps at this (6222 185th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052) address, they have 2 addresses. They dont have their name on the building but two other companies are there also.
Samsung Semiconductor Inc. and EOSPACE Inc. Texas Instruments is there too but in another building connected by a corridor. Edit for the second address. Ekos Corporation, a Boston Scientific Company is listed in the building where the address is for Microvision. 19910 N Creek Pkwy, Bothell, WA 98011 |
