Acutally thinking about taking off the Manticore and having an AK-74 brake welded on and dumping the extra weight of the MI/Palm rail and switching back to the Arsenal lower handguard and using an Ultimak tube with a Micro T-1. Have to look into what type of out front weight savings I will get.

My '82 "G" kit built by fellow board member, Exile and myself earlier this year. I just got it back from Troy at InRange after having selector notches & markings engraved and the metal refinished with KG over parkerizing. The stock set was refinished by Z_recto.

The bayonet is Iraqi that was brought back from Iraq and given to me by a friend who was in the Marine Corps. The magazine is a Romanian one that I obtained and brought back when I was a civilian contractor in Kuwait.

Somewhere in a lonely hotel room there's a guy starting to realize that Eternal Fate has turned it's back on him...It's two a.m....

The handguards will definitely be replaced and maybe the buttstock, after I get the chance to shoot it. The sling is a USGI 2" GP strap.
