My in progress Block II. Up next is to upgrade the BUIS to KACs whenever I can find them in stock. I can only afford to go part by part and upgrade as I go, but eventually, I'll get there.

I can't find evidence it was ever painted, but it was exposed to something at some point as the spots under the missing rain sights are the much more traditional golden/tano hue.  One of these days I'll sit down and oil it up to hopefully bring more color out.

Update on my block II. Sold the razor gen iii and bought another atacr. My paperwork for my rc2 cleared and I picked that up. It's nice having a smaller supressor than the 300 sps.

Thanks.  Good eye for noticing that.  I’ll throw a pic up later.  Also, RC1.  Picked it up maybe 8’years ago.

Anyone have a spare colt semi ambi safety? I picked up a couple of the schmid and much prefer the non hotdog of the colt and the reversability of them.

After our two girls went to bed last night, I binge watched like 7 or 8 of your videos - I had some catching up to do with your content. Awesome stuff. Latest video was great too!

The craziest thing is that I've seen you in a number of photos I've found online over the years - you and some other guys rocking Mp5s in civilian clothes being one that comes to mind (but obviously many others). Never thought that same dude would end up being an active member here. Pretty cool.

Anyway, hope you keep putting out more content.

I know they're not clone correct, but has anyone checked out the new 2024 version of the Elcan?

I'm sure SOCOM would have loved this new version on their Block IIs if it was available back then. The added integrated top rail is slick. Though I guess aside from that and the cerakote treatment, it's functionally pretty much the same.

Agreed. Bought the same after my frustration with the DD wrench.
