A friend's 50th is today, they're a friend from when I was in that Star Wars costuming club. A coworker and I (coworker is also in that club, one who got me my job here) got him a walker, 3D printed the Imperial Cog, and epoxied two cogs to it. He's getting an Imperial Walker View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

So far the pup likes to jump, bite/nip, try to eat anything he finds, sniff every square inch of ground on walks and never settle down. But he still hasn't barked even when hearing other dogs bark. So I got that going for me. Which is nice. He turned 10 weeks today. It shall be a journey. I looked at pheasant/quail training aids today at Sportsmans Warehouse. I might give it a go. Wife is still adamant about no other pets. Kids are ready now. Wife is NO WHERE close to ready. SO we're holding off. |

So wife and I just got back from picking the boy and his girl up from t he homecoming dance. It was supposed to go until 10p, but apparently someone said someone else had a gun and everyone cleared out and the cops came in from several jurisdictions. Police have reported via facebook that there was no threat, and no gun, but whatever, kinda put a damper on the evening for the dance. We'll take his girlfriend home in an hour or so. Kind of a bummer that crap like this happens and that everyone panics at the slightest thing. OMG a gun!!!!! |

Son skipped hockey today on account of his stomach not feeling good. He's been a little off since he was sick a couple of days ago. He was really lethargic on the ice yesterday.

I used SD's advice on our morning walk. By the end he wasn't sniffing near as much and if I gave a gentle tug on the leash and said heel he'd stop and sit until prompted. He got lots of treats. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

We were headed out for another walk and the wife stopped me to talk and he peed at the back door. I got mad at her not him. We encountered another owner walking their dog and stayed on the opposite side of the road. The other dog (about a 20 pound dog) barked Radar's direction and Radar got scared. He did heel well again.
