I always liked The Young Ones, Monty Pythons Flying Circus, The Goodies and Fawlty Towers.
There was another one set in a cafe or bar during WW2 France. Everyone that came in was either an escaped POW, SS, Gestapo, or resistance fighters. None knew the identity of any of the others. It was always really funny. But for the life of me can’t remember the name of it. |

I think Coupling is hilarious. I've got the entire series on DVD, need to rewatch. Especially the one with the VCR tape of "Lesbian Spank Inferno"...

Quoted: If you have Prime, Brit Box is like a $1.99 for a two month special. I'd watched lots of the individual shows, but this winter we've gone through all of Black Adder, AbFab, Antiques Roadshow (much better than the US version) and now we're about 3/4s of the way through Red Dwarf. They're all funny (except the AR, of course), but much better watched in the proper sequence. Rimmer disappeared last night, and now I know why. A lot of these shows were made before I was born lol
Ok another suggestion. You like Simon pegg right? Well he made two comedy shows both very good. The sit com was genious but it’s not going to be for everybody One was a sketch show big train. Big Train - Work Place W@nking The other was a sit com called Spaced Spaced - Phantom Menace Sucked Ok. Now let’s get real Brass eye a fake news style black comedy show. That got stars to say the most stupid things ever and they did. “Crabs have more in common with peadofiles than humans and that’s fact there is no evidence but that’s fact” yes a star said that with a straight face and believed it They even got Phil Collins This is a bit explaining the aftermath and showing some clips.
