Songs can be emotional times to a time or even one event.
Sometimes good, other times bad, but the emotion of the event lives in the music and triggers those same feelings. Lots of my lost friends are in songs. |

View Quote Was about 10 when that originally aired. Me and my brothers were horse playing after supper, like usual. The last thing on my, then, mind was to stop and listen to some fat lady singing on TV. But she did stop me cold and i listened to the whole song. Afterwards, i thought: "He's a lucky man to have a gal singing that nice about him." The gal had a good set of pipes. |

This Allen Jackson covers what i felt for my father in law. Almost verbatim. He's been gone a decade, but it is a rare day when he doesn't enter my thoughts. RIP, Gene J.

This helped keep me going several years ago, when my wife was pregnant with our son.
Dr. had wanted her to have an abortion, said he probably would not live, & if by chance he did, would be severely disabled. God blessed us with a wonderful son. He had some health issues, but God gave us a miracle; Where There Is Faith by 4Him |

Are you familiar with the film The Broken Circle Breakdown? It's a movie from Belgium where the protagonists fall in love because of their passion for American Bluegrass music. There's more going on in the plot but the actors were actually the performers for the soundtrack. The Wayfaring Stranger was done in the film. It's a great rendition of the classic American folk song and the actress sings it with such soul. The Broken Circle Breakdown - Wayfaring Stranger |

Quoted: This one has to be the most beautiful piece of music I’ve ever heard. Mozart was truly a genius. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUaIUHYfhjs View Quote Another vote for Mozart. There's quite a few other absolute supreme composers who's contributions to opera are unmatched. Giacomo Puccini Frideric Handel Richard Strauss Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Gioachino Rossini Giuseppe Verdi Richard Wagner On the "softer" side, these piano composers have brought tears to countless eyes. Sergei Rachmaninoff Francis Poulenc Dmitri Shostakovich Frédéric Chopin Ludwig van Beethoven Johannes Brahms Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Maurice Ravel Béla Bartók Johann Sebastian Bach And then there's violin and viola masters in all of Universe. Grazyna Bacewicz Johann Sebastian Bach Ludwig van Beethoven Felix Mendelssohn Johannes Brahms Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Jean Sibelius Alban Berg Dmitri Shostakovich Antonio Vivaldi Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Symphonies are the ultimate form of music, sent to us by God himself. Antonín Dvorák Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Ludwig van Beethoven Hector Berlioz Gustav Mahler Johannes Brahms Henryk Górecki Dmitri Shostakovich Sergei Rachmaninoff |
