1995 Mitsubishi Mirage sedan.
High 11's at 115+mph running 29psi with a 4wd & six bolt 4g63T swap 0-60 in 3.5 seconds 2425lbs in full trim. |

2018 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport. 400+ hp and a lot of fun to drive. With a few mods ( tune, high pressure fuel pumps, e85 fuel sensor, lower Down pipes) it can make about 600 rwhp on e85.
I really want to add hp but I think I’m giving this car to my eldest son. He certainly doesn’t need more hp. Sure would love to blow the doors off vetts and many of the local exotics around town. |

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. 3.6 second 0 - 60, top speed of 191, although I've never taken mine over 130.
Now I'll make a statement that many of you won't believe. My 164 horsepower Fiat 124 Spider is more fun to drive. I can only drive the Giulia to a fraction of it's capability on public streets. I can wring out the Fiat, and I do it almost every time I drive it. It truly is more fun to drive a slow car fast than to drive a fast car slow. Edit to add: Assuming you don't artificially limit yourself to straight line acceleration. |

Surprisingly large number of f-bodies and an odd lack of Fox-bodies in this thread...

Quickest was a 2004.5 Chevy Duramax. After I finished the engine, tranny, and suspension work it would run low 12s in the 1/4 mile. Not bad for a 7k lb truck.
|
|
My 66 Mustang has around 380whp and thanks to a lot of suspension/brake upgrades can handle on par with my 2015 GT PP.
Up til 120mph I am betting the 66 is quicker. Once it gets to body work it will be able to come out fitting 275 wide tires on the back instead of current 225s. 2015 GT PP is fastest but dont think I have had it above 125-130. My 95 Cobra and old 3v GT have both gone higher than that. Babied the start but pulls pretty well on the street. |

Couldn't get out of the hole to save it's ass, but once the ties got a hold of something, it would pull hard enough to surprise many a people. Nothing about it was stock. 1/8 mile track. 60ft time was embarrassing, heck all the times were bad, high 8s low 9s, but the damn thing trapped at 115-120. I really should have tried something other than 4 year old Toyo Proxys for traction |

‘80 Monza 305 V8. 135 mph. Verified by my buddy on his Suzuki Katana. Speedo only went to 100 in the Monza.

72 Cutlass Supreme with the Rocket V8 350
WAY too much car for a 16 year old Sold it after 2 years for a truck because premium fuel was expensive AF in 2007 Fastest I've been in a car that I've owned is my current DD: an 04 Acura RSX Buried the needle at 140 late at night on the George Bush Turnpike going to Richardson and only slowed down when I HEARD the WOOSH of air of going under an overpass. Still driving her today with 270k on the clock. She can still get up and go but I'm liking the 32 MPG on the highway and no car payments |

My current Stinger GT is fairly quick by today's standards, but not anything particularly special: 0-60 in the upper 4's and low 13's in the quarter. It has over four times the horsepower of the CRX I had in college, but some of the most fun I've ever had driving a car was in the CRX on an SCCA course. |

Wasn’t mine but dad owned a ‘66 mustang for a short time and I got to drive it. 289. Nothing special. But it could get scary on a 16 year old boy in a hurry.

1967 Barracuda notchback.
301 miles in 2:42 with winesses. Several small towns and 12 miles of gravel included. I was dumb, and rolling. |

Probably my old Buell S-2. It wasn't crotch rocket fast but would cause guys to break out in a sweat in the curves. The handling was fantastic. The Ohio State Highway Patrol clocked it at 135 wound out fully so it wasn't really even hanging with the 600s on the straights.
I'm saving some nickels and dimes for a real sports car for retirement. Something just North of 2,000 pounds with a Ford FE 427. Maybe I'll find a late model GT Mustang donor car but the FE seems to be the way I'm going. |

My '64 El Camino. Currently running a Holley Sniper EFI'd 468ci big block Chevy, about 570hp, brand new Tremec TKX 5-speed with .68 OD, 9" rear, 3.89's w/Detroit Locker, 31spl, N case, 4 wheel discs. Bought it when I was dating the wife, we celebrate 35yrs this Saturday. Originally a 327 4-speed car.

A stock 1999 Nissan Altima 4 cylinder with a leaking valve cover.
I’m more into lumbering rusty smoking hunks of iron that drip oil everywhere that sound like prehistoric dinosaurs. |

Owned? 1990 Suzuki GSX-R 1100. Stupid fast. Me and my GF on straightaways at 140 no issues.
In Minecraft, of course… Driven? 2016 Huracan. Stupid fast performance car. Favorite? 1989 Bentley Turbo R. Just amazing. Such a great vehicle. I’ve also driven an ‘84 Supra Turbo (my Dad’s), an 88 944 Turbo, and a 91 Testarossa. Funny thing was, the Ferrari and Bentley were the same day. Down from Hollywood Hills, into BH. Did the Rodeo drag. Ferrari got noticed. Bentley got attention… Yeah, class and money. Know your audience. |

That would be 1/2 of the current DD pool.
2012 Boss 302 with a tweak or two. The other DD is a supercharged Tundra. More HP than the Boss, but also weighs 2500 lbs more. |

My 81 Camaro. While doing a pull I would stick a $100 on the dash, and if my buddy could grab it, he could keep it. He never got that $100.
It would do wheelies over a coke can. Never was allowed on the track. Cars aren’t built like they used to be. |

2010 SRT8 6 speed Challenger. Cam, long tube headers, tuned. 11.4s in the 1/4. My pergatory puma.
2018 Mustang GT 6 speed. Damn that car had long legs for speed. 1989 Mazda RX-7, BNR stage 4 turbo. I worked for pineapple racing and built a 13B tuned to the 500WHP range. Never measured it with GPS but it had zero problems burning the needle 160+ and still had plenty to go in 4th gear. Still have the RX-7 to this date. Haven’t started it in a good 10 years. I will have to tear it down and refresh the seals before I fire it up again. |
