Sounds like Ford wants a platform to compete in IMSA against the 992 GT3 R and M4 GT3. I can't tell if this is mid front or mid rear. The M4 GT3 is mid front. The 911 GT3 R is mid rear.

There are a shitload, relatively, of families where mom will drive the Lexus NX, dad drives the 4Runner, Lexus ES, or Tacoma or whatever everyday, And they have an 87K Corvette, Cayman, Boxster, E-class coupe/convertible, or whatever in the garage for fun or weekends that would just as easily have an 87K GT classic instead. |
