Maybe I am alone in this, but I am not a fan of Daenerys. (Almost done with S7) It also doesn't help that Emilia Clarke is a shit actress. Especially compared to the other actors on the show. Hell, 11 year old Maisie Williams in S1 with ZERO acting experience was a better actress than Emilia Clarke is. Kit Harrington use to be pretty bad too, but I think he's definitely improved. I just find that she comes across as being very naive on the world and it gets people killed. In the S6 episode "Blood of My Blood" the Dothraki are already following her but the showrunners felt it was necessary to have yet another "look how badass Daenerys is" scene by having her ride on Drogon's back while giving a motivational speech to a group of people that didn't need motivation. They undoubtedly spent a big chunk of their CGI budget on that one scene meanwhile after episode 2 we have a living direwolf on screen for about 20 seconds the rest of the season. In addition it seems some people don't like how she has had a relatively easy ride the past 5 seasons compared to most of the other major characters. When you say people have the opinion, was it critics, reviewers etc? As you said, they are trying way to hard to push the Dany role. Everyone has a part in the series, but they are pushing hers to eye rolling levels. Even if she was a better actress, I dont think it would matter. |

Do we know if Bron goes to Winterfell yet? View Quote Bronn isn't the type of guy to do something heroic for others out of the goodness of his heart (especially when it will most likely result in his death) so him going to Winterfell on his own would be extremely out of character. But then if he stays in KL he can't be in scenes with Cersei so that limits his activity there. I mean I guess they could have Qyburn speak to Bronn for her or something. |

The post I was referring to specifically stated that Arya would poison Gregor Clegane. Since he's now a zombie, I am unclear how one would poison him. Also, he was poisoned with a substance that is invariably fatal so he's (1) dead and (2) walking around so yeah he's a zombie. |

Do we know if Bron goes to Winterfell yet? Speaking of Dorne, that has to be the most ridiculous storyline the show has had. Seriously Jamie is going to be the man when finally hell breaks loose. Kinda man crushin on him. His Valyrian steel sword will definitely help though. Downside is that I think dragon glass is pretty brittle if I recall that’s why it was mostly in arrowheads or daggers, not swords that clash against steel or shields. It’s also sad that we only had one really visual swordfight with Jaime in good health with both hands. Allegedly one of the best in the world, but only one sword scene in S1 with Ned. |

View Quote "Richard divided his army, which outnumbered Henry's, into three groups (or "battles"). One was assigned to the Duke of Norfolk and another to the Earl of Northumberland. Henry kept most of his force together and placed it under the command of the experienced Earl of Oxford. Richard's vanguard, commanded by Norfolk, attacked but struggled against Oxford's men, and some of Norfolk's troops fled the field. Northumberland took no action when signalled to assist his king, so Richard gambled everything on a charge across the battlefield to kill Henry and end the fight. Seeing the King's knights separated from his army, the Stanleys intervened; Sir William led his men to Henry's aid, surrounding and killing Richard. After the battle Henry was crowned king below an oak tree in nearby Stoke Golding, now a residential garden." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Bosworth_Field |

Cersei wanted Bronn punished, and she hates him for being Tyrion's man before he was Jamie's right hand and he knows his life expectancy is pretty fooking short hanging out in Kings Landing as a solo act. He'll catch up to Jamie and ride north, IF Jamie hasn't already sent him on a side mission to get more men. The smart move would be for Jamie to send his trusted man to gather Lannister forces from other locations and move them north before Cersei sends a raven telling them not to obey Jamie. Besides, Bronn wants a castle and a highborn wife. He knows the best bet to get that and to survive the winter is to side with the Northern forces. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
