Chase—thank you.
We’ve had to do this once with a tiny stray & like others experienced, she was amazing. Good job—please keep us posted. |

I feel bad
I missed another one in a stack of rims right next to the one I found. I even looked but I didnt see it I dont think that ones going to make it. Not moving much at all when we found it. I left it for the shop foreman to deal with. Momma cat was a cunt to drop them in basically an enclosure waist high |

View Quote Is it possible the mother cat had the kittens in that enclosed space and maybe something happened to her? They seek out dark holes just big enough for the mother cat and away from everything else. Then once the kittens are big enough they will move them. They do this to protect the kittens as other tom cats will kill the kittens if they find them. It isn't likely that the mother cat dropped to kittens and just left them. If that is where she had them then there may be others. They will have litters of 4 to 6. |

Liquid and warmth is what one will need ASAP. Warmth being the biggest since it is already moving slow, if the body temp drops below 100 degrees they consider it hypothermic. View Quote These were in tractor rim stack separately, about waist high. No way to get out but going back up and out which I would be surprised if that were possible. Almost as if the momma cat dumped them in separate stacks with quite a fall. Ive never seen momma cat around and Ive been keeping an eye out especially since finding them. |

Name him first thing, first. That will ensure he is yours. God sent him to you. Don't you live in an apartment? Shop and work kittah too. Perfect!

Hopefully yours and the gal's new kittens turn out okay.
Feed him, keep him nice and warm, and make sure you help him go to the bathroom. He'll do good. The secretary needs to keep her lil' guy warm asap. Food second, warm now. |

Chase45 you sir, are a mensch.
You saw what needed doing and you did it. That it involved intervening in the fate of a helpless being and hopefully saving it from the terrible fate of dying alone, hungry, thirsty, and terrified makes your action all the more notable. I am rooting for the little one to make it. And I will ask God to bestow on you and yours a special blessing. Well done sir, well done indeed. |

So Im trying not to name it just in case the worst happens But yeah How about some name suggestions View Quote Also, he'll be needing to eat every hour or two. This will slow down as he gets older, but expect him to be constantly hungry for the first few weeks. After he eats, he needs his rear end stimulated. A warm wet wash rag will do the job well enough. Kittens sleep a lot, grown cats do too. It's OK to wake him up to feed him on schedule. If you can't keep to the feeding every hour or two, you'll need some help. It's bad for them to miss more than a meal or two at that age. |

Use it for target practice. Out of all the worthless animals on the planet, the cat is number one.
