View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: The judge missed on that one. If you have to attack the law firm, you know the evidence is damaging. Yep, he's trying to impeach the witness with a false line because he's clearing Kyle with his testimony. Yup, at this point what else is there for him to do. The judge did say he wasn't going to let Binger go far with it though. |

That and the "phone dump" from the judge was kinda funny. Yeah, got a chuckle out of that, too. Was really bummed the judge didn't tear into Binger again. He's good at not staying angry. Too good. |

Cause a stink! Break case momentum simply by adding confusion, preoccupy, break the chain. Invalidate the witness and evidence with a coffee cup. Hopefully, defense can regain their momentum after break.

Quoted: This seems more misdirection by prosecution. Add to the case more confusion. View Quote Just another reason for the judge to throw this out when the defense rests. The judge should issue a statement detailing the misconduct, and total lack of any evidence showing anything other than measured self defense. He should also move to have the prosecutors sanctioned at bare minimum, disbarred at best. This trial has been a farce and joke from day one. |

Why do sign language people make dumb faces?
They don't all do it, so don't tell me it's necessary. |

the more this goes on, the more surprised I am that nobody has punched the ADA in the face. He is one of the most unlikeable people I've ever witnessed. And I'm not advocating that anyone be violent against him, just that he appears to be very punchable.

Binger has nothing on this witness so he’s just flinging shit at this point.

one question destroys this: "how did you pick this firm?"
"They were in the phone book..." |

Binger whining about a biased witness
Chirafisi's like "what about their witness who gets 10 million if Kyle's found guilty!" (paraphrased) |
|
Quoted: Its also a concept pushed over and over again by the liberal media/mindset. Everyone is a little different. Like I mentioned earlier, I had things that I picked up a nervous tic about and things that didn't bother me at all despite being somewhat similar. You just hear about the people that are most disturbed by it because they are most disturbed by it. That quiet guy in the corner with his family laughing with his kids? You would never suspect he had gone toe to toe in Afg. a half a dozen times and walked away from it alive each time. View Quote This commentary so far has ignored several other parts that are a big part beyond the taking of a life. Watching buddies killed. Men who you literally trusted your life with. The survivor's guilt. The pressure of wondering if it is today that you die and not knowing. |

Saying the word “angry” isn’t the same as saying something while angry. |

Quoted: It's the reason why I wear gloves when we do force on force with simms. I've been shot in the hands many times. It hurts. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: To tie to Grosstkruetz testimony claiming that kyle didn't accept his surrender, by cycling his rifle to make it ready to fire again. Yup. And the video is pretty clear...as soon as Kyle turns his head, the dude moves in for the head shot. Kyle picks up on the movement and does work. I'm going with Kyle was focused on the pistol and that is why he shot GG in his arm. The AR went to where his eyes were pointed. It's the reason why I wear gloves when we do force on force with simms. I've been shot in the hands many times. It hurts. I have a scar on the back of my arm where a 9mm sim embedded itself, after going through my BDU's. That hurt like a sob. |
