No, the worst thing Trump could have done is stay quiet and let this play out while the deep state and democrats cooperate behind the scenes to take out his administration and eventually impeach him.

Too much heat for the Clinton crimes in the rear-view mirror? He needs to look forward now.
Why don't you try the "vast right wing conspiracies" meme.

WARNER: I think that is very significant. I think others will probably question that. Now, the chairman and I have requested those memos. It is our hope that the FBI will get this committee access to those memos so again, we can read that contemporaneous rendition so that we've got your side of the story. Now I know members have said and press have said that a great deal has been made whether the president asked and indicated whether the president was the subject of any investigation, and my understanding is prior to your meeting on January 6th, you discussed with your leadership team whether you should be prepared to assure then President-elect Trump that the FBI was not investigating him personally. Now, I understand that your leadership team, agreed with that but was that a unanimous decision? Was there any debate about that?

COMEY: Wasn't unanimous. One of the members of the leadership team had a view you that although it was technically true we did not have a counter-intelligence file case open on then President-elect Trump. His concern was because we're looking at the potential, again, that's the subject of the investigation, coordination between the campaign and Russia, because it was President Trump, President-elect Trump's campaign, this person's view was inevitably his behavior, his conduct will fall within the scope of that work. And so he was reluctant to make the statement. I disagreed. I thought it was fair to say what was literally true. There was not a counterintelligence investigation of Mr. Trump, and I decided in the moment to say it, given the nature of our conversation.

WARNER: At that moment in time, did you ever revisit that as in the subsequent sessions?

COMEY: With the FBI leadership team? Sure. And the leader had that view that didn't change. His view was still that it was probably although literally true, his concern was it could be misleading, because the nature of the investigation was such that it might well touch, obviously it would touch, the campaign, and the person that headed the campaign would be the candidate, and so that was his view throughout.

Except he didn't hinder anything when legally firing Comey & he didn't silence anybody.

If Comey was illegally fired he had a remedy for that - file a timely appeal with MSPB (or EEOC) & go through the process.
Since he knew the firing was completely legal he didn't bother to file in a timely manner (within 30 days of the termination taking effect) - so that accusation is now without merit.

Instead Comey chose to break the law with an illegal leak to the press - a leak he admitted was designed to get his buddy Mueller hired - and he should be prosecuted for it.

Either way, the constitution already specifies the remedy for the unlawful actions of the president - it's called impeachment (followed by a Senate trial).
D's already filed the articles of impeachment & it went nowhere - they can't even get their own caucus to support it - so again this nonsense is without merit.

I can't even get through your posts due to rampant grammatical errors. It's like reading the text messages of a 6th grade girl.

If you want to gain any credibility as a Nevertrumper, you need to just stop writing. I highly recommend you simply stick to obscure Twitter links. For their own various reasons, the others figured that out several pages ago.

Edit - See below.

Trump is running the country effectively. Putting Hillary dead to rights is what his voters want. Remember "lock her up".  Hillary is the cancer of American politics that needs to be exterminated.

Our country was in a downfall before Trump was elected. His tweeting and correcting past mistakes is bringing us back to upright. Sit back and watch.

Ooh so we're going to arrest Trump for illegally firing Comey even though he had a recommendation in hand from DOJ to fire Comey.  As a LEO this whole thing is offensive.  I can't wait to see the first reports on just how much of your tax dollars and mine are being spent on this absolute sham

I bet it dwarfs the yearly budgets of most agencies.

So, Clinton, Schumer, Polosi, Wasserman-Schultz, Liawatha Feauxcahontis, and all the others that called for Comey's removal need to be brought in, placed under oath, and questioned? Or just the ones you and your boss choose?

As long as Waters is screaming "Impeach Fo-tay-Five!", Jackson-Lee is looking for the flag left on Mars, and Lewis is afraid to have everyone stand on one side of the island, the idiots that keep putting them in office are there. What good is the truth going to do for honest people. We are surrounded by the idiots(slaves) the dimcraps have bred, educated, and paid to be their constituents.

nope firing the head of the fbi which the president is free to to do at his will is the presidents right, unless somehow the investigation is hindered in some way by the presidents actions directly there is no collusion or obstruction.

Probably will be resolved in the court-not on here.Of course depends on facts and legal precedent.

Intent or purpose  of firing will be crucial.Statements made in public or to others to show motivation, motive, state of mind, purpose.

The supply of nothing burgers appears to be endless.
However, a certain segment of the population seems to have an infinite demand for them.

As a result, I do not expect to see a significant reduction in the price of this item.
