Actually a pretty standard topping in much of the world.

I have seen corn on frozen pizzas in the Netherlands.  Corn, corn with sections of cob attached.

Along with...things.  Things not identifiable by civilized men.

And yet, Dutchmen ate these pizzas.  Ate them, and proclaimed them to be "goot".

Most widespread I’ve seen it is throughout Eastern Europe. In some countries, you’d be hard pressed to find a pizza joint that didn’t offer corn. But it shows up in other places.

If you stop to think how the nearest thing to Dutchlandic culture in the US is NYC, thinks start to make a weird sort of sense.

Place here had a Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza on their specials list for a while.  We loved it so much, they would still make it for us after they took it off the menu, though.

Ham, fried chicken, honey mustard dressing, and some different kind of cheese, maybe provolone.  It was delicious.

Korean pizza place near me uses Sweet potato, chicken, and bulgogi sauce.
They even use a sweet potato mash in the stuffed crust.

IOWAN

House BBQ sauce, Canadian bacon, bacon, pulled pork, corn and mozzarella with a BBQ lattice

A lot of places use way too many anchovies, and it overpowers the pizza.  A lot of people who tried it wouldn't try it again.

One or two fillets per large slice, max.  Preferably chopped into smaller pieces.  Even better if they're minced and added to the sauce.

When I lived in Sicily, we would eat the traditional toppings that most of you are used to eating...but they would add sliced boiled eggs and peas....cook those in a wood fired oven and you are gtg.

Maybe not unconventional but if you want a really good tasting pizza try pepperoni, bacon & onion.  It sounds strange but it's actually delicious.

Definitely quality pizza.

The family that owns the place is from New York too.

I thought it was just crumbled up sausage pizza the first time I ordered it.

I can’t go in the place without having slice of it now.

Also had a appetizer pizza.  Red sauce cheese, onion rings, deep fried mushrooms, cheese sticks and chicken tenders.
