Carnitas.
Which is much harder to find in Arizona than California as AZ is mainly Sonoran Mexican food. Its amazing too.. but my first love is real carnitas. |

TACOS!
Especially Del Taco, "Del Tacos". Chimichangas and shredded beef burritos are a close second place. Damn, now I'm freakin' hungry and it's a no eatin' day. |

My favorite is chile rellenos, but the only ones that I ever really liked were made by a place in Huntsville that shut down a few years ago (El Palacio). I've never had one from another restaurant that comes close. Second place is shrimp fajitas.

Honestly? A big mission style Chipotle burrito.
Many other Mexican dishes are also good. |

Chili Relleno, hands down, IF it's done right. So far I've found like only two places that make em like I really love em.

Machaca (Northern Mexican Dried Beef) with eggs or burrito filling. Damn good.
Anything without tentacles, tripe or brain...that's Mexican...is damn good too. So freaking hard to find decent Mexican chow in the UAE, I resort to making my own. Tapatio and Cholula on everything, please. |
