I would say China has an interest in seeing the US stretch its supplies and money supplying everyone, somewhat as we did to the Soviets (though not at that level, because there are different variables going on economically.) We are seeing that munitions/aid get burned up faster (which you think people would have learned from the past) than we can make, America is spending money and giving away like crazy, then there is the home economic/debt issues, sooner of later it is going to cause a problem.
