First time reading this, congratulations for surviving and refusing to be a victim, congratulations on the verdicts as well.
Only question and it's probably been asked and answered but I didn't want to read all the pages to see... why no attempted murder charge? |

1st Deg Assault carries same penalties, easier to prosecute than attempted murder or something. |

The appellate entry from 2012 shows affirmed in part and remanded in part. Any idea what part of the decision was remanded back to the court to be corrected?

He appealed the 99+ and (I think was appealing the guilty verdict based on mistrial or something).
