It allows the court to inquire into the person's well being, the reason for they're detention, and review whether the detention is excessive, inappropriate or a violation of the person's rights. It isn't automatic, it doesn't always yield a release, and it won't happen unless someone makes a motion for a writ. The Obama Administration spent your tax dollars on #Minerva
It continued under Trump (so did Fauci), proof that some are too big to jail. Nudges are psychologically informed tools designed to promote behavioral change in order to improve health and well-being. In this review, we focus on three areas of concern: theory, evidence base, ethics. We begin by discussing the problems arising from the theoretical framework that nudges are based on and propose an alternative framework that helps to classify nudges into two types (Type 1 and Type 2). We then evaluate the evidence for nudges in the health domain, drawing attention to critical empirical issues (internal and external reliability) that explain the limited evidence base for their effectiveness. The review ends with an examination of the implications of the theoretical and empirical issues we discussed with respect to current debates regarding the ethics of nudge. #psychology behind #deplatforming: #Minerva Results Ten Years Later P. 38: “...Given that dominant individuals by definition have greater access to resources and have the most to lose from changes in the status hierarchy, we expect that high-ranking group members invest proportionally more in manipulating group threats than low-ranking group members. In an initial study, we found that people are especially willing to pay to manipulate such apparent threats when they hold a high-ranking position in the group, and that this manipulation is cost-effective at eliciting cooperation and suppressing competition over within-group dominance.” Read the image of the study... and think of January 6th. Think of who we now know the players are in at least one corner of that protest... and now think about what comes next. https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2021/06/3-tactics-to-overcome-covid-19-vaccine-hesitancy/ https://hbswk.hbs.edu/item/how-influencers-celebrities-and-fomo-can-win-over-vaccine-skeptics “Based on the traditional diffusion model, the number and types of people who adopt new products or seek to get vaccinated in a population can be classified into five segments: innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, and laggards. Each of the five segments has its own behavioral and demographic characteristics, with varying levels of uncertainty about the value of product characteristics that are resolved over time. The central premise of the diffusion of innovations framework is that customer or patient segments that adopt early will influence later adopters. Innovators will influence early adopters, who then influence the early and late majority, who then influence the laggards.” They are playing you… and getting paid |

This is the part I laugh about, when the left talks about going 'door to door'. They don't have the slightest understanding of 'door to door' anything out past the suburbs. Smart phone GPS ain't going to cut it, and even when they find a mailbox in some of the more out of the way areas, they might still be unable to find the house that it's for. Then there are houses that they might be able to find, but have difficulty in figuring out how to get to the door. There may be locked gates (out at rifle distance from the front door), or there could be houses like the one up the road from me, where (before smart meters got installed) the meter reader had to make an appointment to read the meter, if he didn't want a pack of dogs ripping him apart. |

Below is only a taste of the power and control the Bill and Hillary Clinton duo maintain over Haiti. And make no mistake, their power and connections do not cease with Haiti. |
