So I had to delay my last 150 for 09MAR until after midnight.  My wife's flight home got delayed by 6.5 hours and I was unable to pick her up until about 2300hrs yesterday.

We drove about 85 miles to get home and I finished my sets at 0026, 0029, and 0032hrs.

400 owed today and tomorrow for 22,000 YTD.

Are those 25 lb kettebells, or FIFTY POUND kettlebells?

I've been sticking with it.  I try to do 200/day. 300/day doesn't seem to make up for the <200/day days!

Been working in curls with 20 lb kettlebells. I figured out that pushups don't do anything for biceps.
