Depends on which home. Michigan or Utah I’ll grab the AR in the bedroom closet safe. Wyoming it’s a Benelli down loaded by one so I can switch to slug for nuisance bears. California it’s a wood stocked blued vent rib 20-Gauge.
All are effective. |

There are 5 GSD sleeping in a kennel just outside my bedroom window. Nothing gets within 100 yards of those fuckers without full alert. This would allow plenty of time for me to put any number of guns in hand, from edc pistol to suppressed ar15 sbr or suppressed Ap5 SBR.Grab ear pro, hit the yard flood lights, and get ready to see a dumb ass run for his life Seeing as we live behind a locked gate that's 250 feet from the house I really have little concern about anyone being so fucking stupid to try any kind of forced entry,day or night. All outbuildings are alarmed and still in dog coverage range.
